In this two-part tutorial we first cover how to modify a Podium preset so that Podium saves a "z-depth" image along with the final render. This z-depth image can be used to control the extent and position of a lens blur in Photoshop.

Part two explains how to bring the z-depth map into Photoshop and use it with the lens blur tool to create a photographic depth of field effect where foreground elements are in sharp focus and distant/background elements are blurred.
